Refund Policy

                At wStacks, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products, custom
                development, and software solutions.
                To ensure clarity and fairness for both parties, the following refund policy applies.
            
            1. Custom Development & Customization Services
            
                - All payments made towards custom development, customization, or consultation
                        services
                    are non-refundable.
 
                - Because these services are tailored to each client’s requirements, refunds cannot be issued once
                    work
                    has started.
 
            
            2. Advance & Milestone Payments
            
                - Clients must pay an 100% advance or milestone payment before work begins.
 
                - These payments secure our time and resources and are non-refundable, even if the
                    client
                    later cancels the project.
 
            
            3. Digital Products & Licenses
            
                - Any digital products, scripts, software, or licenses purchased from wStacks are
                    non-refundable once delivered or downloaded.
                
 
            
            4. Overpayments & Duplicate Payments
            
                - If a client makes an overpayment or duplicate payment, wStacks
                    will
                    issue a refund of the excess amount within 7–10 business days.
                
 
            
            5. Service Delivery Issues
            
                - If wStacks is unable to deliver a project due to internal limitations and no work
                    has
                    started, a full refund may be granted.
 
                - If partial work has been completed, wStacks may issue a pro-rata refund at its sole
                    discretion.
 
            
            6. Dispute Resolution
            
                - Clients are encouraged to raise any concerns during the project for timely resolution.
 
                - Refund requests outside the conditions listed above will not be accepted.
